SHAPED AROUND YOU
No two businesses are the same. Neither is the support I bring.
I adapt to your stage, your team, your priorities and your budget.
ABOUT ME
I'm Jo Balchin, founder of Untye. A purpose-led strategist and communicator with 20 years' experience inside creative agencies and alongside ambitious brands.
During this time one thing has always been true, every business needs a different type of help. And the best help is human, hands-on, and built around the people doing the work.
I bring strategic thinking, as well as pragmatic solutions that adapts to your business, your team and your budget, with the energy and care of someone who really loves what they do.
WHAT I DO
I work across five areas: purpose, people, culture, processes and communications.
In practice that might look like a focused discovery workshop to find where to start, ongoing advisory as a strategic thinking partner, or rolling up my sleeves alongside your team to deliver what's needed. Always tailored. Always pragmatic. Always with energy.
PURPOSE
A clear, sharpened purpose that actually shows up: in your strategy, your decisions, your team and your communications. Together we'll find it and bring it to life.
PEOPLE
Helping the people who built this business grow with it. We'll see where the strengths sit, spot where there's room to develop, and build a plan that supports everyone.
CULTURE
Bridging the gap from the culture to you have to the one you need to grow further.
PROCESSES
Spotting the friction. Untangling the day-to-day. Designing simple, sustainable rhythms that scale with you.
COMMUNICATIONS
Your story, told better. Together we'll define and shape it into a comms strategy that fits your business, and bring it to life through campaigns, content and the everyday rhythm of how you communicate.
